  • Business Analyst

    Dublin, Ireland

    As a Business Analyst you will contribute to the development of our AlphaHub platform. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated individual who will help drive performance within our platform development. Working with the Head of Product Development, IT Development and Operations teams you will be an integral team member who will help influence the development of our product roadmap.

    The Business Analyst will create requirements for new feature development. They will be expected to critically analyse the roadmap and encouraged to voice their ideas to help improve the platform.

    Responsibilities

    • Interact with the various teams to review and create requirements and use cases
    • Interact with QA and review test cases to ensure all aspects of requirements are tested
    • Support and drive integrations with external service providers/platforms
    • Support customers in their integration to and with testing on the platform
    • Review and approve output from User Acceptance Testing
    • Ensure PCI compliance is considered as part of all platform changes
    • Update external documentation for each release
    • Support any customer queries post implementation of a release and support development teams post release as required
    • Research market to define new features that should be considered for the roadmap
    • Review third party products and services to assess their suitability for integration
    • Continually refine and enhance standards for requirement definition and documentation outputs

    Skills and Experience

    • Degree (or higher) in Business, IT or related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
    • Typically minimum 2 years business analysis/product management experience
    • Experience of reviewing integration of APIs including XML and JSON an advantage
    • Knowledge of global payment methods, credit card processing, payment systems, payment integrations, and payment message formats / standards desirable
    • Experience of web based application testing and UI design an advantage
    • Excellent oral and written communication
    • Willingness to travel
